We're sure you have all tried the Snapper Rock Sauvignon Blanc by now,  it's certainly a bedrock of our range and absolutely delicious. Well, we thought you may want to delve a little deeper into what made New Zealand THE place for new world Sauvignon Blanc. This one has more body and complexity than the Snapper as it is fermented in clay amphora and concrete eggs like some of our very trendy Argentine reds. Get yourself some salmon and asparagus and you've got a superb food match!
